Inaccurate battery percentage when charging

Has anyone else noticed the battery percentage is off when charging? For example I put my phone on the charger with about 5% battery left. 30 mins later I check the phone and it's at 75% which is way faster than the phone is supposed to charge. I check 10 mins later and it's still at 75. I unplug the phone and it immediately drops to 73. 30 seconds later it drops to 65 which makes more sense after 40 mins of charging. I plug it back in and it resumes charging normally until 100%. This seems to happen all the time. The phone still seems to be charging properly because when leave it charging overnight I wake up at 100 but somethings up with the percentage.

Yehabive had strange behaviour with the battery.

I was down to 10%, put it on charge, it went up to 97% in 1 hour then stayed on 97% for almost another hour despite the lockscreen saying "Two minutes until fully charged".

Seems like the battery % calculation is off.

It happened one day to me. I let it drain all the way to 0, then charged it all the way up to 100 and it's been fine since.

p.s. Don't do this often, as it's not good for the battery, but it helped fix the issue for me

Yep... Do the 100-off-100 trick. Try to kick the voltage map into gear so it shows the right number. Another mod here ran into that.
