INC 2 will power up then shut off

I rooted my INC 2 about 8 mths ago and have not had any issues, untill today. i looked at the phone it was going through what i call set up mode. i have not seen the screen since i rooted the phone. after that it shut off then came back on for about a 1 min then shut off. i tried to wipe / format and reload pg32img.zip from sd but would say failure and not reload. What im i doing wrong or what should i do?
