Incoming call not received on 4G and 5G

I am on Vodafone with P6 Pro. Having issue with call not received and straight away show missed calls on 4G and 5G.
I can receive calls on 3G.

Fixes done as follows:
- The sim disconnect and reconnect by technical team to refresh sim. Issue still persists.
-Reset network on phone. Issue still there.
- The customer officer adviced for New SIM swapped at shop on same day.

Issues still persist and not sure whether it is due to setting on phone.

Flip to Shh is off also.

Has anyone seen and solved this issue before please?

I got it from Vodafone UK. I guess 4G and 5G would be supported here in Pixel series.

Thanks a mill, Diddy.
On safe mode, it works on any network for call receiving.
Upon restart, home launcher bring back pixel launcher. Now I rerun my Hyperion launcher and it still works for call receiving.
One complication might be phone app too.
I was previously on Beta for call screening. I reverted back by leaving beta program before safe mode.

Ok, so all good now? If the problem comes back, try uninstalling Hyperion for a few days and see if that solves it.
