incoming calls all showing unkown

I have a problem all my incoming calls show unkown please help how to solve this.

Do you have a caller ID app installed? If so it needs mobile data to find out who is calling... If it doesn't have that it could be producing the "unknown" you're seeing.

Yup, the phone does not all by itself identify who is calling.

You must have DATA or WiFi turned on and connected, and you must have a Caller ID app service of some kind.

Mine just shows the city and state, not the caller's name. I refuse to pay for something that I rarely would get any use out of .

IF I get a call and am curious, I just open this app and it does a Reverse Number lookup After the Fact... good enuff for me.
