Incoming phone call issue

I was using an S10+ on Android 10. When connected to a monitor through Dex, any phone call that came in would show on my monitor where I could use my mouse to answer or interact with the call. Since updating to Android 11, the phone call no longer appears on my monitor, only on my phone screen. To answer or interact with the call, I need to use my phone. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a "fix"?
