Incoming picture messages from iPhone

So I have gotten a few pics sent to me by my wife from her iPhone and they come in as videos. I was wondering if anyone else had this issue and what exactly is going on? She sends an MMS and I can see the pic, but it plays for like 10 seconds like it's a vid.

i think its actualy showing u a slideshow of one pic lol. i rarely use mms but ive read people complain. doesnt it give u the option to save the pic to gallery?

Weird. I went to save it, and it showed it as a JPG file. So I guess it was probably a slideshow like you thought. That is incredibly annoying though. Thanks for the heads up.

Yeah it's just a slideshow. I still think it's kind of stupid. But it's ignorable (yep, I made that up)
