Incoming second call disrupts first call

If I am on a call and another call comes in and I just let it ring until it hangs up, right after the hang up, the person I am talking to cannot hear me anymore. I can still hear them though.

I haven't tried any of the call management options yet, but really I don't want to have to take the phone away from my ear and look at it while I push buttons - that's very unhandy if I am driving plus it takes my attention away from the call.

Any thoughts or suggestions?

You might have something wrong with your phone. When I get a call while on a call I can hear a tone alerting me there is another call but don't have problems with anyone not hearing the other.
