Incomming sound

Am having spasmatic lose of incomming sound with my Droid Pro. Has happened twice in past 5 days, set incomming volume to max and hear a very weak voice.

Pull battery, all resumes as normal.

Bluetooth seems to not be effected.

Is this common with Motorola Pro
