Incorrect Homescreen Email #

I have searched and tried all the solutions but none work.
My home screen shows 1 unread email but there are no unread emails.
I use Comcast email.
There are no drafts etc etc.

Is there really a solution for this annoyance?

Try restarting your phone. Press and hold the power button until phone shuts down than begins restarting
