So my refurbs when I got it was slow. Thought it was me etc. Then sometimes it wouldn't respond to screen touches or it would freeze for a few seconds. Last night my device took two reboot and a battery pull to get the auto scrolling issues to stop.
Now my current one did not come with verizons quality checklist etc or even their refurbs stickers
Rep said the warehouse needs to slow down because they are losing qc to fulfill orders.
