Incredible SD/Phone Mount PRoblem Problem

My Droid Incredible is telling me my SD Card is damaged but when I plug my SD Card into my computer it opens fine. My phone will also not mount to my computer.

It is running Ultimate Droid 3.3 with Kernel 2.6.32.26-invisiblek-aosp root@kubuntu-VM #16.
USB Debugging is on.

Have you tried a different ROM or kernel? If it still doesn't work on a new ROM, backup everything to your computer and format the card as FAT32, and then transfer everything back over. That should do the trick.

I had the same problem while running MIUI, my Inc keep saying that I didnt have a SD card installed. it frustrated me for a whole week. I came on here and was asked to try another ROM or flash back to my backup and as soon as I loaded CM7 my phone recognized it right away.
