I live in a fringe area (for all carriers). My Samsung Note 3 gets no LTE/4G and virtually no 3G either (not anything usable at least and jumps down to 1X). I had to rely on WiFi which was slow and unreliable because of the way AT$T set it up (repeaters and extenders and junk). Anyway, sharing causes buffering and lag too.
My roommates had to get an AT&T extender to hook up to the router so they could use their phones and I was getting ready to call Verizon and see what my options were too. I couldn't even make a call.
The universal online coverage map shows this area as very spotty poor coverage (by the lake).
Just got my V10 and now I get 10MB speed on LTE/4G everywhere in the house and 2 call bars! WOW!!!
Streaming HD Video right now with no buffering.
