Input options

So I got my sgs3 yesterday and it rocks. I the only thing I don't like is the key board. I really like better keyboard 8 and on my DROID x that's all I used. I downloaded it and SwiftKey and would like to go between them. The only way I have been able to switch input methods is bt menu-LANGUAGES - KEYBOARD - input. I can't long press on a text block anymore and get the option to switch input methods. Is there a work around this or is it just going to be a pain in my ass,
