inspire ,bricked?

i was rooting my inspire when it was in the middle of root and my _ _ _ _ _ _ cat knocked out the cable,know the phone is on a dark screen,i have tried to reconnect to root and it says ,not connected,wont recognize phone to root,what do i do?
