My Inspire is stuck on the reboot screen. It's been giving me a little bit of trouble since it fell into my coffee cup this morning (there was very little coffee in it, but I'm sure this has something to do with all this mess...:(), but it was working fine when I took it to AT&T (of course). This afternoon, I had a phone call, hung up and the ringer volume started freaking out all by itself. I took the battery out and put it back in, and then got the white reboot screen. There is a pink bar at the top that says ***Locked*** It also says to scroll with the volume button but nothing happens.

Before I ship my phone off to be replaced (I have insurance), is there something I can do to recover my phone? Thanks!

Hold rhe power button down and vol down at the same time this is h boot go to recovery and reload the ruu it should restore

If holding the power button and volume down at the same time didn't help attempt to take out the battery and put it back in. Make sure to give it plenty of time to reboot (it's an old model and messes up, it took mine five minutes before returning to normal). It might take a few times but that may help it. If you ended up dropping it in a liquid and that was the reason for the issues then make sure to dry it out properly if you didn't then one of the circuits might have fired up.

my volume started going up and down by itself this morning and then later it just went to reboot screen with pink "locked" letters on top, and volume buttons wont work at all and I have to have it pugged in to try anything, ive taken out battery for a couple of hours and it still goes back to reboot screen
