instagram and fidelity apps wont rotate and are upside down

For some reason, both the Instagram app and Fidelity Brokerage app are upside down and won't rotate. I have to hold the tablet with the cover on the right side in order to view. Any idea why?

If you are rooted and have xposed framework installed you can install have own orientation, if you are not rooted or the above app is not working you can search rotation lock on the Google play store and install an app such as adaptive rotation lock. The have own orientation is the best in terms of responsiveness.
