Instagram App is not working

[Android Central Question]

Hey, I have a galaxy S10e hardware version REV1.0

When I download the app from the Google play store when i go to open it the Instagram logo will appear then it will get to a dark blank screen, and I can't get it to open. When I download the app, I've used data and Wi-Fi neither one works. I've cleared the data and cache information on both the Instagram app and the google play store. I've also tried uninstalling the app restarting my phone and reinstalling it.

However, when I use the galaxy store to download the app it will work for about a day without some of the Instagram features that was there originally then something will happen with it and it will stop working again.

I've reached out to both my cellular IT support and Instagram (which never gives me a live operator.) No one seems to know what the problem is.

Any ideas anyone!!

Try uninstall the current Instagram app and choose a different version that's currently out and see if it works.

Check if there is an update to the Google play store. In play store go to settings->about->update play store.
