Instagram Live problems on an Galaxy A71

I'm operating Instagram on a GALAXY A71. Every time someone accepts my request on live they can't see me. I usually can only see myself but my picture is frozen on one frame. I can always see and hear the live session host but they only get my audio without the picture and the viewers suffer the same fate... I don't know if it's a problem with my camera settings or the app settings please help.
