Install 2.1 keyboard on 2.2

Im wondering if anyone knows a way to install the keyboard from 2.1 on top of 2.2. Not really feeling the 2.2 keyboard, missing a few minor features I got used to. Also, does anyone know if there's a way to go back to the way the lock screen worked on 2.1? With the old one, I can set a timer to lock the phone and it wont require me to slide to unlock during that time. Now every time the screen turns off I have to slide. Thanks.

Regarding the keyboard, I'm sure its possible. It may need to be ported or it may be just as simple as an apk transfer.

As for the lock screen, sadly this is just a glitch (I hope...) in this release. There is no option to disable or add a timer to the slide unlock. Just going to have to wait for the official release to get this fixed (again, I hope :X)
