install app in sd card

how do i install newly downloaded apps into the sd card rather than internal memory?

I believe I read on here somewhere that ICS doesn't allow apps to be moved to an SD card only the data.
I am sure if I have understood incorrectly, others far more knowledgeable will set me straight.

Movies, music, downloads, documents, pictures, whatever you want. With 16gb internal I don't see why it's a big deal personally. My Droid 2 had 8GB internal and each one of my apps were installed to the internal memory and I never came anywhere near maxing it out -and I stored all my pictures and camera taken videos to the internal memory.
