Install Bluetooth on an SMART TV Android

I bought a smart tv with android 7.1 operating system. SMART TV does not have bluetooth functionality. So I bought a Bluetooth USB adapter that works perfectly on my PC but is not detected by my SMART TV. I connected a wireless keyboard with USB receiver and a PEN drive and both work flawlessly. What should I do to solve the problem?

Understand that you can't do that. The TV's USB port isn't connected to anything that can run a Bluetooth device.

If you're doing this for audio, there are earphone jack to Bluetooth adapters. Plug one into the earphone jack on a TV and you can listen on Bluetooth headphones. Look at some of these.
