Install Error during 4.4.2 update

Hi Guys

I have been unable to successfully update to 4.4.2. I always get an error during the update process. I am on T-Mobile. No root, stock. I have accomplished a factory reset (both software & button technique) numerous time. I was experiencing some long boot time before the factory resets. I also have seen some video corruption? (small green line across screen during boot up in various places). Any suggestions or recommendations would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Guys

I would suggest sideloading the update manually if you don't have it yet. Not sure why the update would be failing if you are completely stock.

Thanks for the suggestion. I spoke w/ google play support and due to multiple phone issues they are shipping a new replacement phone. Should arrive in a few days
