Install Google Discover on Samsung Galaxy Note8

Hi,,
Just got a brand new Note8 phone from Samsung. Very nice phone, but I would like to make som justification. First thing I did was to get rid of Bixby, including disable the Bixby button on the phone itself. So now I cannot sweep to the left from the start screen.

I am trying to install Google Discover (formely known as Google Feed) on the phone. I would like the Google Discover to appear on the screen when I am sweeping to the left. Is it possible with a Samsung device?

It is possible, (regarding the Discover feed) but only via a launcher like Action Launcher or Nova. As far as Bixby, on the Note 8 still running Oreo you should be able to turn off the button in Bixby's settings. You may have to update Bixby first, but afterwards it shouldn't be a problem.

You can also try the Bixbye app (there's at least another one but can't remember the name) to Remap the Bixby button. You could probably use that for your favorite app.
