i live in holland and have been waiting a long time for 4.4.2 for the s4 mini. now that im tired of waiting i wanted to install a software from sammobile but i wasnt sure i could. i have 2 questions.
1. if its a vodafone or t mobile or other carrier firmware will my phone get simlocked?
2. will my phone have carrier apps pre installed?
