installing cyanogenmod on S7 Active

can Cyanogenmod 13 (Android 6.0) be installed on the S7 Active? I really like the hardware but I also really hate all the custom stuff Samsung does to their phones and not giving you a way to disable them.... if it can be done and still be usable as a daily phone i'd love to get one as the Samsung active line is still current my choice for the best android phone on the market behind both the Samsung note series and all of LG's flagship phones

Best place to probably find this answer is over on XDA Developers Forums - they deal with a lot of non-standard stuff like that. I'm sure you can find the answer there. I was able to get Nougat loaded on mine LONG before Nougat was available from AT&T!
