Installing Same Apps on several Devices

I'm somewhat of a newbie, and still learning the "ground rules" of Android.

I have a small company, and wish to outfit all of my guys with the new EVO. If I wanted several apps in common to be on all devices, is there an easier way to install them "en mass" rather than just having each guy take the time to download all the apps on my list from the Market?

There are apps in the Market that allow you to send links for apps.
Or you could try AppBrain since it updates apps from the web
