bought HTC one m7 few days ago. It came with viperone rom that I didn't want to use. I tried to install the stock rom but I didn't really succeed. Now I can't even get off from the fastboot/boot loader so I guess I managed to delete something... I have no idea how I can install the stock rom, find the RUU, or do anything. I'm getting tired of this so if I can't get help from here I think I have to just throw it away because I can't get it working.
Right now my boot loader says: tampered, re locked, security warning and s-on. It has hboot 1.55. Please help me I just cannot figure out this by myself

Take it to a mobile repair shop. They should be able to reflash something.

Yeah that's what I've been thinking... I emailed some of them but there's isn't many of them near me and I don't think they do software repairs. Usually it's just screen and other hardware repairs :/

I think your issue is you don't have s-off and I've no idea what you flashed? Was it a ruu.

Do you have custom recovery?

Yeah I figured the s-on is my problem but i can't change it. All the guides I find require to have some kind of Rom which I don't seem to have anymore... I don't know what happened, I was flashing a stock rom RUU with the "fastboot flash zip (file name).zip" and then it said it can't find a signature or something. It happened with 4 different RUUs. (I wasn't 100% sure which one should work)
No I don't have any kind of recovery :/

OK.

1st step is to read up on adb and side-load a custom recovery.

Then go to XDA and find a ROM (not ruu) which doesn't need s-off and flash that and you'll get a working phone again

From there you can learn about ruus and getting s-off.

What carrier, post it and we can go from there. You dont need s-off.
