Instead of a keyboard, why am I getting a voice prompt while trying to enter the password on my Moto G?

Instead of keyboard i am getting voice prompt while trying to enter password in my Moto G

By mistake Google Keyboard got un-installed while removing unwanted apps from my phone. There after when phone got locked and tried to enter password, keyboard did not appear. Instead, just the voice prompt is appearing with instruction "Speak Now". Even if i try to speak out my password, nothing happens and now i can not use my phone.

I also tried to connect to my laptop and resolve the issue but its not connecting with laptop as well.

Can someone help.

Welcome to Android Central! Try booting into Recovery and wiping the cache partition: https://motorola-global-portal.cust...tail/a_id/99808/p/30,6720,9151/kw/clear cache. If that doesn't help, you may have to consider doing a factory reset.

How did you delete the keyboard? That shouldn't be possible on an unrooted phone.
