Insufficient storage space

I keep getting "insufficient storage" even when i still have about 3GB left of the 16GB internal storage, anytime I want to do some thing as little as take pictures or even for SMS, I have to delete some pictures, what do I do to solve this?

I had that problem with my old HTC One M9. There's nothing that I know of that you can do to disable the warning. One of the easiest things to do is to clear the cache out of all your apps. You can download an app from the store to do that, easily. Otherwise you can clear the data on your apps and uninstall ones you don't use.
