Insurance Claim because no warranty..

I've had my phone over a year... no warranty. I'm also s-off and boot loader unlocked. My top speaker is blown... I have the at&t variant with Asuron coverage. So of course I'll the phone getting running stock. You guys think Asuron will make a deal about my s-off or boot loader?
