insurance question

Hello all,

Well got a second VZW GNx for the wife, she like the screen and movement of the phone. She has complained about battery life, got her the 3800 Seidio and today the battery failed to boot the phone, went back to stock battery. She has been some what disappointed with the phone. We have passed the 30 days trade in so whats the deal with insurance, if she claims she lost the phone do we only pay the $100 towards a new phone and can she choose what ever phone she wants are do we have to get a GNx again?

If we go that route what phone has great battery life, her old Droid X2 lasted hours and hours beyond the GNx and my old BB last me more hours on most days than my GNx.

You pay the deductible and get a new phone, the same phone that you are claiming for.
