Insurance replacement

I have a Verizon G5 that I just cracked the screen on... Has anyone gotten a replacement lately? What did they end up sending?

I cracked the screen on my unlocked version. I had a square trade warranty. They gave me a list of local repair shops to pick from and reimbursed the repair minus deductible.
