Integrate Video Chat/ Like Facetime

Could or will Android ever integrate something like Facetime? Be nice if somehow it could connect with both Android and iOS users somehow. Not sure if possible or Apple would allow that, sure they would try and fight that. Google could buyout Tango maybe.Why I still have my iPad mini or I would get a Nexus7.

Apple wouldn't be keen on opening up Facetime. Hangouts already does this though. Cross platform video calling via hangouts for Android, iOS, Mac and PC is already rolled out in hangouts.
