Interesting Behavior: Music Player

So I noticed an interesting behavior last night. If you have the headphones plugged in, and don't have the music player upen and then press the mute button on the headphones, it starts the music player up where you left off.

On the one hand, its kind of interesting that it does that. On the other, I was watching a movie when I did it and had paused the output momentarily. One would expect that this would un-pause the video play back and not start the music player.

Anyone else experience this?

I've been listening to music. Paused and even killed the program. then unplugged my headphones and it launched the music player and started playing songs. luckily it was tasteful music

Haha. Must be by design (the button, not your taste in music). Too bad it doesn't work as a pause button for video.
