And at a more reasonable price...

I don't begrudge the delay so much (even though I've been out of contract for almost 9 months now), but it better be in line price-wise considering other devices on the market.

It was listed in the VZW support pages, along with the Blockbuster Mobile info, but I don't think it was there earlier. Maybe a sign that they're adding more info in preparation for launching the phone??

Another interesting find... VZ Navigator for Merge - Looks like it was just released on the Android Market on the 29th.

Maybe we will soon actually get to see the Merge show up on Verizon finally.

So a friend of mine who is a customer assistance tech for the local Verizon call center told me, when I pointed out that Merge VZ Navigator was on the market, that its a good sign. Apparently when Navigator hit the Market for the Droid2 and the Thunderbolt it usually followed with the phone itself coming out about 2 weeks after...

So there is hope!
