Interface Bogged Down?

Preface--I do have the update, but this didn't happen immediately after I got the update.

Earlier tonight, I recieved a notifcation that Sense needed to be restarted as it had crashed or something. And now everything is running MUCH slower. Any suggestions? I've tried restarting my phone incase it was a rogue app--no avail. Texting is especially bad.

I had that happen to me what I did to fix it is pull the battery let it sit there for 10mins put it back in reboot u can also try clearing all data in HTC sense that will clear all your screens but might fix your lag issue
