Intermittent Data Connection Issues

I'm running ThunderROM 1.6.2 (upgraded without full wipe from 1.5, which was likely upgraded from 1.4 with no wipe other than dalvik and cache) and I'm having issues with the data connection taking a significant amount of time to come live after a reboot and the phone losing its connection all together at random times. I'm not running Juice Defender, so that isn't the cause. Any thoughts before I do a full wipe?
