Intermittently my phone doesn't connect
Every so often my phone doesn't connect - with incoming calls it either doesn't ring or even register that a call has been missed or it rings but the line is silent although it's a bona fide caller; texts can be held up as though I've got no signal; with outgoing calls it either goes straight to voicemail or doesn't even bother to try to connect. I also seem to have intermittent problems with wifi even though the signal should be at least OK - e.g. my location on Google+ isn't updated, I can't download pages from the internet.
If a caller repeatedly calls me, having had a problem first time round, they seem to get through after 2 or 3 goes. It's as if there's a blockage.
Does anyone know if this is a problem with the handset, the operating system/phone app or the network? Any suggestions as to what I can do?
