Internal & External Memory not appear in PC

Hi
my Mobile is HTC one M8 , i have external memory card
when i connected my mobile through USB cable , i see some folder from External memory , but internal memory not appear

how can i display all folders in external memory on my PC ?
how can i display all folders from internal memory on my PC ?

Welcome to Android Central! When you connect via USB, swipe down the notification panel and tap the USB icon. Is MTP/File Transfer selected?

Sure you do -- it's called "File Transfers," and is currently highlighted. The reason I said "MTP/File Transfer" is that different devices may call it different things.

So now that we know File Transfers is selected, are there still missing folders when you try to look at them from the computer?

Which folders aren't showing up? In Windows Explorer, make sure Show Hidden Folders/Files is turned on.
