Internal storage nightmare

Ok so my phone (Samsung galaxy a12) was saying that the storage space was running low so I went and deleted photos and stuff and it was still low so I went to internal storage and it had videos that just popped in and they aren't my videos, it's my neighbor and I guess they're doing porn for someone.. 🙈 anyways I don't know how it could get in my phones internal storage unless they used my phone? I'm not synced with their phone and they aren't synced with mine, but when I bought this phone brand new cricket told me that someone had activated the imei and I couldn't so they told me to return it to where I bought it but they wouldn't let me return it and said there's no way someone could've activated the imei, now 6 months later itried to activate it and he said if I have another sim so I just gave him an old one which didn't work then gave him the one that was in the phone just like it was 6 months ago and he said I can activate it. But none of this explains why my neighbors porn videos are in my phones internal storage?

I moved this from the Pixel 6 forum to the Galaxy A Series forum for more appropriate traffic.

How do you know those videos are from your neighbor? Keep in mind that some apps may cache images or videos on the phone, either as part of the app's usage, or as a result of an ad network that the app uses. Review your apps and uninstall any that are not really mainstream. Focus on games that aren't from major developers, gambling apps, and "phone cleaner/booster" apps. You might also consider doing a factory reset without automatically reinstalling previous apps, then carefully installing apps one by one
