Internal storage show up on file manager as root/sdcard twice

[Android Central Question]

I have two icons showing up in File manager (Asus app) as internal storage. The path shows as root/sdcard in both items and the contents are identical as do the sizes and the total available storage used is exactly the total of the two. Not sure how to proceed from here. This is a brand new Galaxy S20 FE G5 and all the information was transferred from my Samsung S8+ using Samsung Smart Switch. I don't know whether the app is wrong or whether to do a factory reset and start over?

Welcome to Android Central! Have you tried other file manager apps, like Samsung's own My Files, or perhaps Files by Google or Total Commander? What you're seeing might be a bug in Asus's file manager app.
