internet applications only view in landscape

I don't know what I changed by accident, but now every time I open my Mail/Gmail or any internet application I can only view it in landscape...what did I do wrong? I am sure its an easy fix, i just cant seem to locate it.

Are you using the stock browser? I know there is a setting within the browser to only display in landscape. Try that.
