I am running Android 7 dolphin on my Orange pi as a android TV box.

My internet keeps randomly stopping. nothing.

It is NOT a mechanical issue as i have tried different cables and sockets on my modem ( wifi doesn't work, either ).

It is NOT an app problem as this happens when i do not add ANY apps after resetting it.

ONLY a factory reset fixes the problem, but usually only a few hours or when i turn the box off.

The longest i got was i think 2 or 3 days, then all of a sudden, no internet.

Any ideas at all, guys?

This is driving me MAD!

This SEEMS to have started ( and i could be wrong or it could be a coincidence ) when i changed cases on the Orange pi to one which i do not have a cooling fan to mount in it like the old one.

I have since removed it from the pictured case and it is just hanging at the back of my tv "naked".

Please help.

Welcome to Android Central! I moved this to the Android TV forum for more specific traffic.

EDIT: I just realized that this isn't an actual Android TV box, just a Pi, so I'll move it back to General Help -- sorry for the confusion!

That's fine.

Yes, it is my homemade android tv box.

I just tried a different android distro and it seems ok, so i will re-flash my sd card and try the android 7 again.
