internet works but no service.

I haven't paid my phone in a week (my one month ended last Saturday) and the internet/data is still working..... how is that? I can't send or receive calls/texts and I had gotten the text that my monthly charge didn't go through from VM. And I dont have Wi-Fi on since I dont own a router and all the available wifi connections are secured with a password and I dont know the password to any of them.

A glitch maybe? I got data for a day after not paying my bill. Then it went away.

probably due to the current outage affecting tons of people. kind of hard to turn off your net when they can't even get simple mobile pages to load..lol i spent 15 minutes (timed it last night on my elite) trying to load google mobile via stock browser before i gave up on it. this keeps up im asking for a refund on my month up to this point.
