When im on my Samsung galaxy s3 mini on the Internet looking fot things it goes off and say unfortunately the Internet has stopped working can u help me please

Welcome to Android Central! That message means that the browser has stopped working, not your actual internet connection (the stock browser is called "Internet"). Go to your Application Manager in the Settings, select Internet, and Clear Cache/Clear Data, then Force Stop. Now try again.
