I need beeps at set intervals, i.e. 12 seconds, then again after 18, repeat 20 times. That's ALL I need from this watch, which I'm now considering returning.
5 seconds is not precise enough. 5 min certainly isn't.
I'm prepared to pay for such an app, or put up with adds, but I DON'T need bloated "personal" coaching or videos of people bouncing around in tights, and I certainly don't need another tedious registration and/or a perpetual monthly fee.
