Intro

Hello all, came across this forum while searching for a solution to my ongoing problem of "no connection" while attempting to use browser despite 5 bars of 4G service. I have an LG Lucid, which has had issues since Day One. Every day (almost) it either does something it shouldn't, or doesn't do something it should. Previously I had a BB, and spent HOURS on the phone with tech support on multiple occasions, most of the time without success. I got this Droid with the idea that I'd left all that behind me, only to find that this POS is WORSE than the BB by far. So, now that I've vented, that is my introduction... Hopefully I can find some solution here before this pone meets my hammer.
