Introducing myself

Hello all,

My name is Keith, I do business consulting here in Spokane, Wa.

I rooted my Epic when it was Froyo and all was good, but ever since I installed Gingerbread I haven't been happy with my "root". It seems like it's only partially rooted. When I attempt to flash Cyanogen I get an "error 7", so I'm searching for answers. I've considered rolling back to Froyo and starting from scratch.

I enjoy building models. My latest is RMS Queen Mary.
