Android Central Question

Why does my ip address show up in different places and is it normal for it to be in the river or in the middle of a Forrest and once in the Netherlands at a skateboard park? What does that mean?

Your IP address is not a location finder, it's the method by which your device is identified on the network. Where are you seeing that your IP address is associated with a particular location?

Most internet/cell providers use a dynamic IP address system, meaning your address will change now and then even if you're in the same physical location. If you want a static IP address, you'll need to request it from the provider (and some may charge extra for it).
