IP Camera, tinyCam Monitor, and port forwarding...

I'm following the instructions to use my extra DInc at a webcam using IP Webcam app on the phone as the server and tinyCam Monitor PRO on the tablet as the viewer. It works perfectly on the local network, but I can't seem to get it to go to WAN.

The problem seems to be associated with port forwarding, yet I think I have all my setting correct.

In the router (DIR-655), I have port forwarding set up for 192.168.0.109 (the DInc) on port 8080 (UDP and TCP). I know what my outside IP address is: 24.22.x.x. When I enter all this information in tinyCam, the ping fails and I can't see the video stream.

Any network experts see my problem?

Click Status and then Logs, then reproduce the problem. There should be something revealing in there:

Thanks, Cory, for pointing that out. Unfortunately, nothing really shows up about 192.168.0.109 (the DInc webcam). Here's the last several lines after trying to ping the camera from tinyCAM:
